Return Policy

Cranberry takes great pride in the hand-picked and limited quantity merchandises and hopes that all customers are satisfied with their purchases.  But, in case you need to return or exchange your purchase.   

In-Store  Returns: Can be made within 7 days for store credit Only from the day of purchase.

On-line shopping Returns:  Cranberry store will accept returns for footwear and clothing for a full refund or store credit and require that return requests be made no later than 7 days following the date you received your order. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

All returns may be made via mail or at our store.  Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges. All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.

To initiate a return for on-line shoppers, you must contact: for authorization prior to sending the items you wish to return back to us. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. 

Once your items have been received and inspected, Cranberry will issue a refund to you via PayPal within 5 business days.

Leather Goods/Belts

Home Décor/Greeting Cards

All sales for the above are final.

Shipping Information

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground delivery service. Orders are shipped within two (2) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and US Territories. For orders shipped to  P.O. box addresses, allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments via USPS Priority Mail.

A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order ships and is on the way to you.  You can track your package with the tracking number.

Shipping Rates:

For purchases of 1 to 5 items, Cranberry offers a $10.00 flat shipping rate. For purchases of 5 items or more the rate is $15.00.

Tracking Orders

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number after your order has shipped.   

For security purposes, only a sales record of your transaction is kept on Cranberry’s database.. Your credit card details are not stored.
